Podcast 101

Podcasting has become an increasingly "go-to" for individuals on both a professional and personal level, Especially with the unfolding events of remote learning and working from home the past year. As someone who loved the idea of creating a podcast, it was by no means an easy task. The first obstacle to overcome is listening to yourself speak over and over... and over again. The idea is there. I just have to get creative.

Blogging 101

Once upon a time, there was what we called a diary. It was as simple as a school spiral used to jot our personal thoughts and feeling down on paper. Or it could have been a more elaborate notebook covered in sparkles and having locks to keep others from reading your most intimate feelings. Now we are in a digital age where we blog our ideas and random thoughts. Blogging has its place in professional circuits and in the simple daily log of "This Is Your Life." The idea of embracing my identity as a blogger- even if for a season- is enticing. I would like to attempt some changes to create a more focused blog for business in the future.

Videography 101

Capturing the essence of potential client requests to produce a video was by far one of the most challenging. In collaboration with students from the University of Belgrade, I attempted to create a short video commercial about staying true to your roots and embracing the cultural world we live in. Overall, it was an experience I will not forget.

For this assignment, I recorded the essence of the script since we were using still photos instead of utilizing individuals to act out the scripted scenes. Editing the images and the music background, as well as the voice-over, was tedious. Although my technical skills are not professional by any means, I think the project portrayed the message.
